Course Overview
Administrative Virtual Assistants help business owners keep the everyday work moving. They coordinate schedules, organize information, prepare documents, manage requests, and make sure important details don’t disappear into an email thread titled “Quick Question” that somehow has nineteen replies.
This course was written for a beginner. You may have office experience, customer service experience, volunteer experience, or years of managing a home and family calendar. You may also be starting with very little formal administrative experience. Either way, you’ll learn what the work looks like, which skills clients value, and how to begin responsibly.
How to Use This Course
- Read the lessons in order the first time because later lessons build on earlier decisions and systems.
- Complete the matching pages in the Student Workbook while the lesson is fresh in your mind.
- Practice with the scenarios even when the answer seems obvious because client work has a talent for making obvious things less obvious.
- Finish the assessment and practical project before creating your first Administrative VA offer.
